目的:验证Ⅱ类牵引在矫治安氏Ⅱ类错中的作用。方法:对15例安氏Ⅱ类错患者应用Ⅱ类牵引调整前牙的覆覆盖关系及磨牙关系。结果:15例患者在平均8个月的Ⅱ类牵引中,前牙的覆覆盖都调节到了正常,磨牙关系都调整到中性。结论:Ⅱ类牵引能使安氏Ⅱ类错患者的前牙覆覆盖关系调整到正常,磨牙关系调整到中性。
Objective: To verify the role of type Ⅱ traction in the treatment of Class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods: 15 cases of Class Ⅱ malocclusion patients with type Ⅱ traction to adjust the coverage of anterior teeth cover and molar relationship. RESULTS: In the 15 patients with type II traction on an average of 8 months, the coverage of the anterior teeth was adjusted to normal and the molar relationship was adjusted to neutral. Conclusion: Class Ⅱ traction can make patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion of the anterior cover cover the relationship to adjust to the normal molar relationship adjusted to neutral.
