本文介绍了长安福特自然工作小组(NWG)不同于一般班组的三个特点,其魅力在于NWG不仅是一种基层管理方式,更是一种区别于传统的奖金、晋升等“外在”激励手段的、基于工作特征的“内在”激励手段。文中结合行为科学在激励员工方面的研究,探讨了自然工作小组调动一线员工积极性的关键环节,并指出激励一线员工的策略应该是以正确理解人性为前提、基于内在激励的工作设计和员工管理。
This article introduces the characteristics of Changan Ford Nature Work Group (NWG), which is different from the general team. The charm of NWG is that NWG is not only a grass-roots management approach, but also a difference from the traditional bonus, promotion, etc. Incentives, Incentives Based on Work Features. Based on the research of behavioral science in motivating employees, this paper discusses the key links of motivating motivators of front-line motivators in natural working groups and points out that the strategy of motivating front-line employees should be based on proper understanding of human nature, work design and employee management based on intrinsic motivation.
