白细胞介素-2(IL-2)是机体重要的免疫调节因子,以IL-2为基础的免疫治疗方案已用于许多肿瘤的治疗,但大剂量IL-2的严重毒副反应限制了其广泛应用。本文就IL-2及其受体的生物学特征及IL-2在恶性肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究进展作一综述。
Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is an important immunoregulatory agent in the body. The IL-2-based immunotherapy regimen has been used in the treatment of many tumors, but the severe side effects of high doses of IL-2 have limited its use widely used. This article reviews the biological characteristics of IL-2 and its receptors and the research progress of IL-2 in immunotherapy of malignant tumors.
