劳动合同是劳动者与用人单位确立劳动关系、明确双方权利和义务的协议。建立劳动关系,应当签订劳动合同。组织调动是通过行政工作程序实现职工的工作变更。组织调动分为:一是用人单位的内部调动,这属于劳动合同变更性质二是单位之间的调动,这属于劳动关系变更性质。本文结合案例分析就处理组织调动与劳动合同的关系,提出自己的看法。案例一:女青年曹某,1999年4月与某宾馆签订了为期2年的劳动合同从事商品部售货员工作,劳动
