芳香性物质广泛用于医药、能源、材料等诸多领域,商业中最常见的也是最重要的芳香化合物就是苯和甲苯,可生产苯乙烯、苯酚、苯胺及尼龙等。而反芳香性物质由于共轭而引起能量提高,热力学稳定性大大降低,难以稳定存在。如环丁二烯和环丙烯负离子都是反芳香性物质,即使在低温下也不稳定。目前能够成功分离的反芳香性物质极少。如何实现物质从反芳香性到芳香性的转变,进而发掘其实用价值,是一个有待突破的问题。
Aromatic substances are widely used in medicine, energy, materials and many other fields. The most common and important aromatic compounds in commerce are benzene and toluene, which can produce styrene, phenol, aniline and nylon. The anti-aromatic substances due to conjugation caused by increased energy, thermodynamic stability greatly reduced, it is difficult to exist. Such as cyclobutadiene and cyclopropene anion are anti-aromatic substances, even at low temperatures are not stable. At present, very few anti-aromatic substances can be successfully separated. How to realize the transformation from anti-aromaticity to aromaticity of matter and then explore its practical value is a problem to be solved.
