我院自一九九四年六月至一九九七年一月在B超引导和监视下经皮穿刺注射硬化剂95%酒精治疗62例肾囊肿,收到满意效果.资料和方法资料:62例肾囊肿患者均系我院门诊及住院病人.其中男51例,女11例.年龄16岁至87岁.最大囊肿为13.8×11.7cm,最小囊肿为4.7×3cm.仪器与方法:采用Aloka SSD 1200型,实时超声诊断仪.频率为3.5MHz,中央槽均式穿刺探头和穿刺附加器.穿刺针用国产18～22G.术前准备:所有病例术前均查出、凝血时间,验尿常规.声象图呈现肾囊肿(单纯性).无严重脑、肝、肾、心脏功能衰竭、无高血压者,无发热,无凝血功能障碍者.患者取俯卧位,先用普通探头检查病变部位,确定适宜的穿刺点和穿刺方向,测定穿刺深度(以针尖到达囊肿的中心).常规消毒皮肤.改用福匀

Preoperative preparation: all cases were detected preoperative coagulation time Urine routine. Sonogram showed renal cysts (simple). No severe brain, liver, kidney, heart failure, no hypertension, no fever, no coagulation dysfunction. Patients take prone position, first with a common probe Lesion site, determine the appropriate puncture point and puncture direction, determination of puncture depth (to the tip of the cyst center). Routine disinfection of the skin.
