试飞测试系统在飞行试验中首次采用了数字一体化设计改装方式,运用并行工程的方法与飞机设计同步进行,使试飞测试系统实现了与飞机设计的一体化融合。该项技术使用CATIA机械设计、CHS电气设计数字化手段完成测试系统设备、传感器、线束向飞机结构和系统的集成与交联;测试改装工程实施纳入飞机制造过程。这种新型的技术实现方式成功地解决了大规模测试改装设计复杂高、工程实施工艺繁琐的技术难题,从整体上缩短了型号任务的研制周期。
