Surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering spectroscopy (SERRS) of silver sol adsorbed vitamins was obtained. An aqueous solution of the enzyme is added to the silver paste to form a silver collogen-enzyme complex which allows the absorption band to appear in the 440-650 nm range. The components of ubiquitin and silver sol compete with each other, and the enzyme FAD predominates the competition. Therefore, SERRS, which is adsorbed on the surface of silver sol, is actually isomaltoxazine and adenine Vibrational spectra of nucleotides.
