脱色树脂再生废液中色素能促进制糖脱钙树脂的再生。在单因素和响应面实验基础上,本文探讨了含美拉德色素的Na Cl再生剂对制糖脱钙树脂的再生工艺。选择树脂高径比、再生温度和流速3个因素,应用Box-Behnken中心组合法进行3因素3水平实验设计,以再生率为响应值进行响应面分析。结果表明:优化的再生温度为73℃,高径比8.7∶1和流速2 BV/h,此时制糖脱钙树脂的再生率可高达93.89%±0.65%,与RSA预测值94.68%之间的RSD为0.60%;周期性实验结果表明,树脂循环使用8个周期后吸附和再生能力分别保留在84%和89%以上。
The pigment in the discolored resin regeneration waste liquid can promote the regeneration of the sugar decalcification resin. On the basis of single factor and response surface experiments, this paper discussed the regenerative process of sugar decalcification resin by Na Cl regenerators containing merlazine. The factors of resin height-diameter ratio, regeneration temperature and flow rate were selected. The three-factor-three level experiment design was carried out by the Box-Behnken center combination method, and the response surface analysis was carried out with the regeneration rate as the response value. The results showed that the optimal regeneration temperature was 73 ℃, the ratio of height to diameter was 8.7:1 and the flow rate was 2 BV / h. The regeneration rate of the decalcification resin could reach as high as 93.89% ± 0.65% and the RSA predicted value of 94.68% The RSD was 0.60%. The results of periodic experiments showed that the adsorption and regeneration capacity of the resin remained at 84% and 89% respectively after 8 cycles of recycling.
