21世纪的创新和变革不仅仅是新产品或服务、新的生产工序或是新的营销策略或渠道,而是需要把它们全部综合起来。现代公司必须在自身的商业模式的基础上展开竞争。必胜客 & 戴尔:采取新型商业模式的典型范例一个企业的商业模式是它的各种战略和策略的集合,是公司开展业务的特定方式。很明显,一种更贴近客户、运作成本更低、产品更优良或具有一些其他成本或竞争优势的新型业务方式将给企业带来超越对手的竞争优势。但是对手很快就会模仿这种新型商业模式并重新夺回市场份额,或者引入自身的新型商业模式,同样可以赢得市场份额和利润。因此竞争还将继续进行下去。

Clearly a new business approach that is more customer-friendly, with lower operating costs, better products, or some other cost or competitive advantage will give the company a competitive advantage over its rivals. However, adversaries soon imitate this new business model and regain market share, or introduce their own new business model, the same can win market share and profits. So the competition will continue.
