近年来,出口服装数量每年以10％以上的速度递增。商检机构凭商检自身力量检验放行的数量有限,只占出口数量的20％左右,个别地区只占10％左右,还有80％左右的出口服装均凭商检认可检验员的检验结果换证放行,因此,要保证出口服装的质量,加强对企业商检认可检验员的管理工作就成为商检机构需要研究的一项重要课题。
