设计塔机标准节主弦杆,为了尽量减少用钢量,合理降低成本,满足设计所要求的强度,通常采用两根角钢拼焊成方型管形状或用钢板拼焊成工字形。在制作时,一般是在数米长的型钢两头用辅具夹紧,其工艺流程:下料→校直→拼焊→校直,焊接时采用半自动埋弧焊。我们在塔机制造过程中,对传统工艺进行了深入研究分析,研制出一套经济简单、适用面广,而又满足技术要求的主弦杆焊接夹具(见图1)。该夹具是由数个框形夹紧装置(图中只划了两个,确定几个是根据主弦杆长度而定,一般为500~1000mm设置一个)与件8工字钢组合而成。在装配夹具时,必须保证数个夹紧装置固
In order to minimize the amount of steel used, reasonably reduce the cost and meet the strength required by the design, the main chord of the tower crane standard section is usually welded by two angle brackets into a square tube shape or welded with a steel plate into a shape of a letter. In the production, the general is a few meters long steel with two auxiliary clamp, the process: cutting → straightening → welding Tailing → straightening, welding using semi-automatic submerged arc welding. In the process of tower crane manufacturing, we conducted an in-depth research and analysis on the traditional craftwork and developed a set of main chord welding fixtures with simple economy and wide application but satisfying the technical requirements (see Figure 1).
