通过加入TiO2粉末原位制备了Al2O3颗粒增强铝基复合材料,分析了(Al2O3)p/Al材料的微观结构,测试了材料的布氏硬度和抗拉强度随所加TiO2粉未重量百分数的变化。结果表明:Mg的加入改善了颗粒与基体的浸润性,加入5%的TiO2时,复合材料具有最好的综合性能,随着Al2O3颗粒体积分数的升高,材料性能下降,Al2O3颗粒的偏聚是其主要原因。
The Al2O3 particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by adding TiO2 powder in situ. The microstructure of (Al2O3) p / Al material was analyzed. The Brinell hardness and tensile strength of the material were measured with the change of unweighted percentage of TiO2 powders. The results show that the addition of Mg improves the wettability between the particles and the matrix. When 5% TiO2 is added, the composites have the best comprehensive properties. With the increase of the volume fraction of Al2O3 particles, the properties of the materials decrease and the segregation of Al2O3 particles Is the main reason.
