LCD(Liquid CrystalDisplay,液晶显示器)与目前普遍使用的CRT(Cathode RayTube,阴极射线管)显示器相比具有许多鲜明的优势,如体积小、重量轻、耗电量省、不反光以及无辐射等。用做计算机专用显示器时,它可以呈现出明亮、清晰、美观的影像,而且画画无闪烁,无静电,这些都对人体健康非常有益。凭借上述诸多优点,LCD的市场占有率越来越大,并呈现出逐年稳步增长的趋势。随着技术的进一步发展和价格的进一步降低,毫无疑问,LCD将主导未来的显示器市场。
