结合CARR管道系统的安装进展,对其冷却剂系统和二次水系统的支撑设置进行综合分析。两个系统(图1)连接堆芯及重要设备,管道在紧凑的厂房空间里相互交错,支架生根易干涉,除管道应力要求外,还必须满足管嘴载荷的要求。实际分析时,将两个系统综合考虑,对其支架设置统筹兼顾,反复调整优化分析,尽可能减少支架。最终在应力水平较低的情况下,使支架易生根,管嘴载荷满足要求(表1),使CARR两个最重要的管道系统实现安全性可靠性与经济性的较好结合。
Combined with the progress of the installation of the CARR pipeline system, a comprehensive analysis of the support settings of the coolant system and the secondary water system is carried out. The two systems (Figure 1) connect the reactor core with important equipment. The pipes are staggered in a compact plant space and the rooting of the support is easy to interfere. In addition to the pipe stress requirements, the pipe load requirements must also be met. In the actual analysis, the two systems are taken into consideration comprehensively, and their overall arrangement of the stent is taken into account. The analysis and optimization are repeatedly adjusted so as to reduce the stent as much as possible. Ultimately, the stent is easily rooted and the nozzle load meets the requirements (Table 1) at a lower stress level, resulting in a better combination of safety and reliability with the CARR’s two most important piping systems.
