大老爷府油田非均质性严重,水驱方向性明显,进入高含水期后含水上升率仍然没有得到减缓,无效水循环严重。开展周期注水后,效果明显,但随着时间的延长,效果逐渐变差。经过对油藏特征、井网模式、水驱规律、剩余油分布状况等因素深入分析后,结合周期注水机理,通过对水量、周期、层段组合方式、开停井时间的调整以及压力的界定,形成了一系列周期注水方式及方式组合,并持续取得较好效果,实现了控水稳油,水驱提效的目的。
