在现代社会管理的架构下,每一个职场人都在特定的组织单元中工作和生活。在合作共事的过程中,组织成员之间因为认知水平、性格禀赋、阅历见解、胸襟气度、欲望需求以及角色身份等方面的差异,难免发生一些矛盾冲突,也会遭遇一些情感伤害。面对伤害,一个职场人,特别是领导干部应当如何理性应对、妥善处置、科学化解,大有文章可做。笔者以为,应该从以下几个方面入手。
