一高氯酸镁的再生高氯酸镁的作用是:a)把进入高频感应炉中的氧气进行除湿干燥。b)把进入红外吸收池的待测气体再进行除湿干燥。当发现干燥管中的高氯酸镁吸水结块达整个干燥管体积的1/2时,就要更换新药品。把用过的高氯酸镁放入蒸放器中,置入140℃烘箱烘烤24小时后取出,放入干燥器中稍冷即可应用。如温度高于180℃,有部分试剂(底部)结块呈致密状不能再用。二坩埚的再利用每分析一次碳硫就要用一只坩埚,耗费量很大。实践中我们发现:把使用过的坩埚冷却后,挑选那些完全没有破裂者,可再利用一次。用过的坩埚内因存有试样与助熔剂的合金,导磁率较好,又因它在高温环境中灼烧过,所以杂质空白值比较稳定,用来做常置的碳硫分析时数据相当稳定。但分析时间有时要长,适当地调节比较器电平的高低,分析时间也能在30秒钟内完成。一般,美国LECO公司生产的坩埚破裂率约为50%,我国茶山坩埚瓷厂(湖南醴陵县)生产的坩
