测定了15个杂种一代和6个亲本在不同开花结果时期的净光合速率及其杂种优势,并用一个参数的直线回归分析法测定了它们的遗传稳定性。结果表明,开花结果前期大多数杂种一代和亲本的光合作用较强,中期次之,后期最弱;离中优势是中期最强,后期次之,前期最弱;超亲优势是后期最强,中期次之,前期最弱;说明辣椒光合能力的杂种优势主要表现在中后期。综合考虑杂种一代的光合能力、杂种优势和稳定性,认为8214×8501、5907×8214、5907×8501和5907×7801是有高光合能力的强优势组合。
The net photosynthetic rate and its heterosis of 15 hybrids and 6 parents at different flowering and fruiting stages were measured and their genetic stability was determined by a linear regression analysis of parameters. The results showed that the photosynthesis of most of the hybrids and their parents in the early flowering stage was the strongest, followed by the mid-stage and the late stage was the weakest. The superiority in the middle stage was the strongest in the mid-stage and the second- Followed by the middle period and the earlier period was the weakest. It indicated that the heterosis of photosynthesis ability of peppers was mainly manifested in the middle and later period. Considering the photosynthetic ability, heterosis and stability of the hybrid generation, it is considered that 8214 × 8501, 5907 × 8214, 5907 × 8501 and 5907 × 7801 are strong combinations with high photosynthetic capacity.
