目的:研究振动感觉阈值检查筛选糖尿病外周神经病变的价值评估。方法:本次研究对象为2014年12月~2016年2月间在我院接受治疗的200例糖尿病患者。采用随机奇数偶数法将其分为观察组(n=100例)和对照组(n=100例),将没有发生外周神经病变的患者作为对照组,将已发生外周神经病变的患者作为观察组。采用神经传导感应(NVC)和振动感觉阈值(VPT)对患者进行双向诊断和筛选,比对两组患者的诊断准确性。结果:观察组患者振动感觉阈值(VPT)异常症状检出率高于神经传导感应(NVC))异常症状检出率,同时对照组患者振动感觉阈值(VPT)异常症状检出率同样高于神经传导感应(NVC))异常症状检出率,两组比较差异有统计学意义,p<0.05。结论:糖尿病外周神经病变筛选检测采用振动感觉阈值进行检测,操作简单,检出准确率高,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the value of detecting the threshold of vibration sensation in the screening of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: This study was conducted on 200 diabetic patients treated in our hospital from December 2014 to February 2016. The patients were divided into observation group (n = 100) and control group (n = 100) by random odd-even method. The patients without peripheral neuropathy were regarded as the control group, and the patients with peripheral neuropathy were selected as the observation group . Patients were bi-directionally diagnosed and screened using nerve conduction induction (NVC) and vibrational sensation threshold (VPT) to compare the diagnostic accuracy of both groups. Results: The detection rate of abnormal symptoms of VPT in observation group was higher than that of NVT, and the detection rate of abnormal symptoms of VPT in control group was also higher than that of nerves Conduction induction (NVC) abnormal symptoms detection rate, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, p <0.05. Conclusion: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy screening test using vibration sensory threshold for detection, simple operation, the detection rate is high, it is worth to promote the application.
