本文利用TC-4高压气瓶瓶料加工小试样,进行了低频疲劳裂纹扩展速率的测试。实验结果证明,对TC-4钛合金材料,采用较小尺寸试样测试da/dN是可行的;预制疲劳裂纹时用NASA推荐的最大疲劳应力强度因子K_(max)=0.6K_(1e)是过高的。实验结果还说明,用Paris公式进行数据处理精度是足够的;在低频情况下采用不停机测量裂纹长度是比较好的。本文除了给出da/dN测试结果外,还给出了数据处理的方法。
In this paper, a small sample of TC-4 high-pressure gas cylinder material was processed to test the low-frequency fatigue crack growth rate. The experimental results show that it is feasible to test DA / dN for TC-4 titanium alloy with smaller size specimens. The maximum fatigue stress intensity factor K max = 0.6K_ (1e) recommended by NASA for prefabricated fatigue cracks is Excessive. The experimental results also show that using the Paris formula for data processing accuracy is sufficient; in the case of low frequency non-stop measuring crack length is better.
