从有机制备或自然界得到的固态有机化合物,往往是不纯的,必须经过提纯才能得到纯品。提纯固态有机化合物常用的方法是重结晶法,而其关键步骤之一是热过滤。传统的热过滤是借助于热水漏斗进行的,首先需要预热,以防止在热过滤时析出晶体,根据试验知,即使采用热水漏斗,热过滤时,在漏斗的颈部和滤纸上仍会析出晶体,特别是当待提纯的物质溶解度随温度的变化较大时更为严重,因此,用传统的热过滤法,晶体过早析出,产品损失较大,且操作烦杂。根据我们的实践,在这里介绍一种简便而有效的热过滤方法,我们称之为增压热过滤法。
Solid organic compounds obtained from organic sources or from nature are often impure and must be purified to obtain pure product. A commonly used method of purifying solid organic compounds is recrystallization, and one of the key steps is thermal filtration. According to our practice, here is a simple and effective hot filtration method, which we call supercharged hot filtration method.
