采用菌丝生长速率法和室内盆栽法研究了杀菌剂HNPC-A12309对灰霉病的活性,并进行了HNPC-A12309防治黄瓜灰霉病的田间小区试验。菌丝生长速率法结果表明,HNPC-A12309对黄瓜灰霉病具有优异活性,EC_(50)值为0.47 mg/L,远优于啶酰菌胺EC_(50)值2.44 mg/L;盆栽和田间小区试验结果表明,25%HNPC-A12309 EC对黄瓜灰霉病的防治效果远优于对照药剂腐霉利,与对照药剂啶酰菌胺相当。基于室内和田间药效试验结果,HNPC-A12309可以推荐用于防治果蔬菜常见病害如灰霉病等。
The fungicide HNPC-A12309 was used to study the activity of Botrytis cinerea on mycelial growth rate and indoor pot experiment. The field plot test of HNPC-A12309 against Botrytis cinerea was conducted. The results of mycelial growth rate showed that HNPC-A12309 had excellent activity against Botrytis cinerea, with an EC 50 value of 0.47 mg / L, far superior to boscalid EC 50 value of 2.44 mg / L. The field plot test results showed that the control effect of 25% HNPC-A12309 EC on cucumber gray mold was much better than that of the control drug, which was comparable to the reference drug boscalid. Based on the indoor and field efficacy test results, HNPC-A12309 can be recommended for the prevention and treatment of common diseases such as fruit and vegetable gray mold.
