研究结果表明,把15Cr1MolV铸钢的上限含碳量从0.22%降低到0.18%时,其持久塑性δ_(104)~(5(?)5)提高2.5倍以上,而这时钢的持久强度的降低是很小的。这样处理可以提高稳定化程度和降低裂纹形成倾向。
The results show that when the upper limit carbon content of 15Cr1MolV cast steel is reduced from 0.22% to 0.18%, the ductility of δ_ (104) ~ (5 (?) 5) increases by 2.5 times, The reduction is very small. This treatment can improve the degree of stabilization and reduce the tendency of crack formation.
