在全新的社会背景模式下,事业单位人力资源管理内容也应该顺应现阶段的社会模式进行进一步的改变与完善,以方便事业单位能够有更加全面的发展与推进。新经济模式下人已经变成最关键的生产要素,人的创造能力已经变成用人单位的核心考核内容,随着商品经济与全球经济一体化模式在逐步深化,社会各个层面对于事业单位的人力资源职能要求有了更加具体的展现。本文以事业单位人力资源管理的现状与发展进行分析和讨论。
