With the increasingly fierce competition in the chemical industry, the advantages of procurement and management have become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. The strength of supplier strength directly affects the quality of procurement, which determines the safety in production and sustainability of chemical enterprises development of. Through years of procurement practice and introduction of advanced management concepts both at home and abroad, the author conducts useful discussions on the selection and evaluation mechanism of qualified suppliers of chemical enterprises and puts forward new ideas on the management and optimization of qualified suppliers.
