针对江苏某煤矿35kv变压器损坏,通过损坏现象查找原因,分析出现故障原因是由于变压器绕组出现变形,导致主绝缘强度降低造成主绝缘被击穿;三相对称短路的故障造成绕组的整体出现位移与倾斜;由于受到短路轴向的电动力和短路幅向的电动力共同作用造成绕组的轴向出现失稳造成变压器损坏,采取一系列的防范措施减少故障重复出现。
Aiming at the damage of a 35kv transformer in a coal mine in Jiangsu Province, the reasons for the damage were found out. The reasons for the failure were analyzed as the transformer windings were deformed, resulting in the breakdown of the main insulation due to the decrease of the main insulation strength. The three-phase symmetrical short- Tilt; due to the axial force by the short-circuit and the short-circuit force caused by the interaction of the axial force caused by instability in the winding of the transformer damage, take a series of preventive measures to reduce the recurrence of the fault.
