一、前言钢铁的化学氧化处理,通常又称“发蓝”。其溶液组成一般为含有氧化剂(亚硝酸钠或硝酸钠)的氢氧化钠溶液。工艺上是在工作温度下限值时进槽,在上限值时出槽。用这种方法,可以在碳素钢和低合金钢表面获得黑色和蓝黑色的氧化膜。但对于一般含铬、硅、锰等元素的合金钢来说,诸如60Si2CrA、65Mn、20CrMn、60Si2Mn等,只能得到褐色和紫红色或浅棕色到黑褐色的氧化膜,不能得到纯黑色的氧化膜。这里提供的办法,是利用一般的氧化溶
