有人说在学校这块苗圃里,差生是“朽木不可雕也”,是“出窖的砖——定型了”。面对如此令人头疼的差生问题,我校从多年转变差生的实践中总结出了一条行之有效的办法,那就是:实行转变差生责任制。由于种种原因,每所学校里都会存在有不同数量的差生。为使这些差生摘去“差”的帽子,许多老师不辞辛苦,做了大量工作。但就学校整体而言,仍缺乏一整套检查、考评、奖罚的具体措施,因而在大面积转化差生问题上实际收效不大。鉴于此,淅川一小在总结经验的基础上,推出了“转变差生责任制”。 Some people say that in this nursery school, poor students are “dead wood can not be carved,” is “out of the cellar brick - stereotypes.” Faced with such a troublesome problem of poor students, our school from many years of poor students in the practice of summed up an effective way, that is: the implementation of the responsibility system to change poor students.
