引黄济津潘庄线路应急输水工程是在南水北调中线通水前,缓解天津市供水紧张形势,确保城市供水安全的重要工程。漳卫新河倒虹吸是打通潘庄线路的最重要节点建筑物,该工程的建成为天津市的又好又快发展起到了不可估量的社会效益和经济效益。
Yellow River Zhujin Panchuang line emergency water conveyance project is to ease the water supply situation in Tianjin before the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route, to ensure the safety of urban water supply an important project. Zhangweixinhe inverted siphon is the most important node building to get through Panzhuang Line.
