陈友琴一向以白居易研究专家而知名,其实他对杜甫也有深入研究。1933年即有《李天生论杜诗律》、《杜诗“船”字之意义》二文,此后又有《杜甫不爱巫峡说》、《杜甫六绝句浅释》、《杜工部及其草堂》。解放后撰有《漫谈杜甫的题画诗》、《谈杨慎批评杜甫》、《读杜甫的〈阁夜〉》、《论杜甫对学习、继承和批评的看法》四篇论文,此外还有札记性质的《略谈杜甫诗的句法》等。综而言之,有宏观论述,有微观细读,有随笔性质的散文,也有考据性质的札记,内容广泛,形式多样,但总体而论,皆能实事求是,有为而作,见微知著,由表及里,态度公正而平恕,解放后,尤其注重学习和运用唯物主义和辨证法思想,分析中国古典文学遗产,多次强调评论作家作品要看它的全貌,避免片面的分析,同时注意从人民性的角度,阐发杜甫作为现实主义诗人的意义,可谓老辈学者的文章典范,同时也是二十世纪杜诗学史的一个典型个案和缩影。
Chen Youqin has always been well-known to Bai Juyi research experts, in fact, he also has in-depth study of Du Fu. To sum up, there are macroscopic expositions that include micro-reading, essay essays, and notes on the nature of test items. They cover a wide range of forms and forms. However, in general, they are practical and realistic. After the liberation, paying particular attention to the study and application of the ideas of materialism and dialectics, analyzing the heritage of Chinese classical literature, stressing repeatedly that the work of commencing writers depends on its overall picture and avoids one-sided analysis, People’s point of view, to elucidate the significance of Du Fu as a realist poet, can be described as a model of the elder scholars, but also a typical case and epitome of twentieth Century Du history of poetry.
