目的 :探讨氩离子 (Ar+)激光对体外小鼠 Louis肺癌细胞生长的影响。方法 :在相同时间内 ,采用不同功率的激光照射小鼠 Louis肺癌细胞 ,通过脱落细胞 -时间曲线来研究。结果 :不同功率的激光对细胞生长的影响不同 ,当功率大于 50 m W时 ,具有明显的抑制作用 ,而低于 50 m W则波动较大 ,甚至有负性生长作用。结论 :采用激光治疗肿瘤 ,激光的功率是决定治疗效果的一个重要因素
Objective: To investigate the effect of argon (Ar +) laser on the growth of mouse Lewis lung carcinoma cells in vitro. Methods: Mouse Louis lung cancer cells were irradiated with laser of different power at the same time and studied by exfoliated cell-time curve. Results: Different laser powers had different effects on cell growth. When the power was greater than 50 mW, the laser had obvious inhibitory effect, while the laser power below 50 mW had more or less negative growth effects. Conclusion: Laser treatment of tumors, laser power is an important factor in determining the treatment effect
