1996年,实力传播从盛世长城广告公司分离出来,成为国内首家专业性的媒介策划与购买公司,并在短短两三年时间里迅速壮大。然而,几年后,中国电视媒体业者之间以及广告代理公司之间展开了一场无序的肉搏战,导致媒体购买专业公司发展受阻,必须面对如何进行业务转化的问题。2003年3月15日,实力传播在北京宣布:开始从专业媒介购买公司向整合营销传播公司转型,除了传统的媒介购买这一块外,实力还将为客户提供其他各方面的服务。
In 1996, the power dissemination was separated from the Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Company and became the first professional media planning and purchasing company in China, growing rapidly in just two or three years. However, a few years later, a disorderly hand-to-hand fight between Chinese television media companies and advertising agency companies led to the growth of the media-buying specialist and hindered the transformation of business. On March 15, 2003, ZTE announced in Beijing that it has started to transform itself from a professional media buying company to an integrated marketing communications company. In addition to traditional media buying, ZTE will provide customers with various other services.
