研究激光同轴送粉中金属粉末流场的分布特性,对指导激光制造技术应用具有直接指导意义。重点研究了激光制造中同轴送粉条件下金属粉末流的浓度场,建立了同轴送粉嘴金属粉末流的浓度场理论模型,开发了一种新型数字粒子图像检测系统检测粉末流浓度场。该系统主要包括Nd3+∶YAG激光器和CCD相机。它具有非接触测量、检测速度快、能同时给出流场的三维信息等特点。实验结果表明,粉末流的聚焦参数和浓度场分布可以通过数字粒子图像检测技术进行检测,为指导同轴粉嘴设计和激光制造粉末流参数测定提供了新的手段。
Studying the distribution characteristics of the metal powder flow field in laser coaxial powder feeding has direct guiding significance for guiding the application of laser manufacturing technology. Focusing on the concentration field of metal powder flow under the condition of coaxial powder feeding in laser manufacturing, the theoretical model of concentration field of coaxial powder metallurgy nozzle was established and a new digital particle image detection system was developed to detect the concentration field of powder flow . The system mainly includes Nd3 +: YAG laser and CCD camera. It has a non-contact measurement, detection speed, can also give the flow field of three-dimensional information and so on. The experimental results show that the focus parameters and the concentration field distribution of the powder flow can be detected by the digital particle image detection technology, which provides a new measure to guide the design of coaxial nozzle and laser powder flow parameters determination.
