由于系统结构缺陷的存在,导致我国技术创新系统在科技资源配置以及各主体之间合作等方面存在问题。应通过制度创新和加强技术创新系统中各行为主体协同等方法,进一步完善中国技术创新系统。
Due to the existence of system structure defects, there are problems in our country's technological innovation system in the allocation of science and technology resources and the cooperation among various subjects. China's technological innovation system should be further improved through system innovation and strengthening synergies among various actors in the technological innovation system.
