一、调查的目的和方法一九八五年我们对太原市的五所中学和山西省的一所教师进修学院进行了十几次的座谈讨论和问卷调查。向中学教师提出的问卷中有十一项是关于个人情况的问题(如性别、年龄、籍贯、排行第几、教龄等),有二十六项则是关于教师的需要和工作态度的问题。此外,还有两个用三言五语自由回答的问题。其中二十六项关于教师的需要和工作态度问题,我们采用了美国李科特选择回答的编排方式(Likert-scale format),单简明了,易答易理。为了扩大调查面,了解全省中学教师
I. Purpose and Methods of the Investigation In 1985, we conducted dozens of panel discussions and questionnaires on five secondary schools in Taiyuan and a teacher training institute in Shanxi Province. Eleven of the questionnaires submitted to secondary school teachers are about personal circumstances (such as gender, age, origin, rank, teaching age, etc.) and 26 questions about teachers’ needs and working attitudes.
