作为部门当中的关键性工作人员,干部应当有相应完善的人事档案制度。只有形成了完善的人事制度,才有助于管理人员准确地弄清楚员工的工作状况,进而建立起完善的员工考核制度。形成完善的人事档案还有助于建立起干部正确的政治思想,对干部整体的专业水平、思想水平、业务水平有一个系统性的认知,进而能帮助管理部门开展对干部的考察活动。主要研究了干部人事档案的管理方法,并对当前管理当中的诸多问题进行了彻底分析,给企业机关的人事档案管理提出了相关建设性的意见与建议,指明了前进的方向。
As the key personnel among the departments, cadres should have a sound system of personnel files. Only formed a perfect personnel system, can help managers accurately figure out the working conditions of employees, and then establish a sound system of employee assessment.
