内心演练是一种心理训练方法,国内有的学者称之为“想象练习”,国外有些专家称与为“思想上的身体练习”。内心演练就是在头脑中系统地、重复地回忆、想象动作,有意识地、反复地对所学的技术动作的形象进行“过电影”,使已学过的技术动作形象化、完整化和系统化。内心演练通过回忆、想象,使神经中枢之间的联系更加灵活,对效应器的支配更加协调。学生在内心演练时虽然没有实际去做动作,但也会自动产生运动性和机能性反应,引起脑电波、肌电流、脉搏、呼吸的明显变化及微弱的肌肉收缩。它与实际练习极为相似。运动条件反射的形成,是第一信号刺激与第二信号刺激相互作用的结果。身体练习,主要是第一信号系统的活动;内心演练,主要是第二信号系统的活动。因此,身体练习与内心演练相结合,有利于加速运动条件反射的建立。在体育教学中,运用内心演练,应注意如下几点: 1.让学生了解内心演练的目的和意义,了解内心演练与掌握运动
