A series of (E) -3- (4-hydroxyphenyl) -1- (piperidin-1-yl) prop-2-en-1-one derivatives were designed and synthesized.According to the one-dimensional and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance The identification of 1H and 13C signals was completed.The conformations of these compounds were analyzed by ROESY, temperature-programmed experiments and molecular modeling techniques.
