目的:分析和探讨无缝隙管理在内科护理中的应用效果。方法:选择从2015年5月~2016年4月在北仑区中医院接受治疗的消化内科患者120例,采用随机数字表发分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组行常规护理,在此基础上观察组加用无缝隙管理。对两组的护理满意度、护理质量评分进行统计比较。结果:观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病历书写、护理操作、基础护理、健康宣教、病房管理的质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在消化内科常规护理中应用无缝隙管理,可显著提升护理满意度和护理质量。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the application effect of seamless management in medical nursing. Methods: From May 2015 to April 2016, 120 patients with digestive diseases treated in Beilun District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Control group routine care, on the basis of observation group plus seamless management. The two groups of nursing satisfaction, nursing quality score for statistical comparison. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of medical records, nursing operation, basic nursing, health education and ward management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of seamless management in routine nursing of gastroenterology can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and quality of care.
