目的研究探讨法医尸检对死因分布规律及损伤与疾病的相互关系。方法回顾分析本局2014年5月至2016年7月需通过病理学法医尸检的未明确死亡原因尸体60例资料,重点观察尸身损伤情况,明确疾病因素,归纳死因分布规律。结果 59例(98.33%)尸体已明确死因,外作用力因素造成死亡者14例(23.33%),病理性因素死亡者45例(75.00%)。病理性因素死亡者中心血管疾病致死者最多,达到56.67%(21/45),神经系统疾病致死者24.44%(11/45),而14例外因素致死者可分为机械性损伤64.29%(9/14)与机械性窒息35.71%(5/14)。结论法医尸检中通过病理学检验,可帮助案件的刑侦诉讼及医疗纠纷做科学有力的调解与指导,同时也为临床疾病的发展情况做准确的探查,提高临床医疗对疾病的认识,促进现代医疗技术发展。
Objective To study the relationship between the distribution of death causes and the injury and disease in autopsy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 cases of unidentified causes of death from a pathology forensic autopsy from May 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital. The corpse injuries were mainly observed, the disease factors were clearly identified, and the distribution of the cause of death was summarized. Results Fifty-nine (98.33%) cadavers had a clear cause of death, 14 (23.33%) died of external force and 45 (75.00%) died of pathological factors. Among the deaths due to pathological factors, the most deaths were caused by cardiovascular diseases, accounting for 56.67% (21/45) and 24.44% (11/45) in those with neurological deaths, while those in 14 deaths attributable to mechanical death were 64.29% (9 / 14) and mechanical asphyxia 35.71% (5/14). Conclusion The pathological examination of forensic autopsy can help the case of criminal investigation and medical disputes to make scientific and effective mediation and guidance, but also for the development of clinical disease to do an accurate exploration, improve clinical understanding of disease and promote modern medical Technological development.
