目的:分析三门县2010年手足口病疑似患者的核酸检测结果,为手足口病的防控工作提供科学依据。方法:选取2010年4月-2010年9月手足口病患者34个病例45份咽拭子、疱疹液样品,提取病毒RNA,RT-PCR一步法检测EV71的Vp3-Vp1区基因及Cox-A16的Vp3~Vp1区基因,比较二者阳性率。结果:45份标本总肠道病毒核酸检测阳性43份,其中肠道病毒CoxA16核酸阳性的有26份,肠道病毒EV71核酸阳性的有11份,CoxA16核酸和EV71核酸均为阳性的有6份。结论:手足口病核酸检测总肠道病毒核酸检测阳性率较高,且以Cox-A16及EV71为主,RT-PCR检测核酸阳性情况,对手足口病的早期诊断及传染性判断有着重要指导价值。
Objective: To analyze the results of nucleic acid test in patients with hand, foot and mouth disease in Sanmen County in 2010, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods: From April 2010 to September 2010, 45 samples of throat swab and herpes fluid from 34 patients with HFMD were selected for viral RNA extraction. The Vp3-Vp1 gene and Cox-A16 Vp3 ~ Vp1 region of the gene, the positive rate of both. Results: There were 43 positive samples of total enterovirus nucleic acid in 45 specimens, of which 26 were positive for enterovirus CoxA16, 11 were EV71 positive for enterovirus, 6 were positive for both CoxA16 and EV71 . Conclusion: The positive rate of nucleic acid detection of total enterovirus in hand foot and mouth disease was high, and Cox-A16 and EV71 were the main samples. RT-PCR was used to detect the positive cases of nucleic acid, which had important guidance on the early diagnosis and infectious diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease value.
