由于与行业一线的分离,“双师型”教师会存在行业专业能力发展的间断性困境。因此,学校应将对职业情境下典型问题解决能力的教学作为职业准备教育的重点,并通过校内教师与外聘行业人员相结合的方式,完成职业能力培养教学任务,同时还需要从行业人才引进、教师培养、评价体系建设等方面下工夫,支持教师队伍的“双师素质”建设。
