目的:研究8-MOP与ATRA单独及联合应用对Mc3细胞超微结构的影响。方法:扫描及透射电镜观察细胞形态结构的变化。结果:Mc3细胞经8-MOP与ATRA单独及联合作用5d以后,表面微绒毛减少,细胞表面由折皱状改变为平铺状,细胞伸展面积明显变大,胞核形态规则,核仁数目减少,ATRA组细胞外有网格状小体形成,二者联合应用组细胞有染色质凝聚及边集现象。结论:8-MOP与ATRA单独及联合应用可改变Mc3细胞的超微结构,使其趋向于正常细胞。
Objective: To study the effects of 8-MOP and ATRA alone and in combination on the ultrastructure of Mc3 cells. Methods: Scanning and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the morphological changes of cells. Results: After treated with 8-MOP alone and combined with ATRA for 5 days, the number of microvilli on the surface of Mc3 cells was changed. The cell surface changed from wrinkled to tiled, the area of cell expansion became larger, the morphology of nucleus was reduced, the number of nucleoli was decreased, ATRA group of extracellular mesh-like bodies formed, the combination of the two groups of cells with chromatin condensation and edge set phenomenon. Conclusion: The combination of 8-MOP and ATRA alone or in combination can change the ultrastructure of Mc3 cells to normal cells.
