激励是管理的重要内容之一,是促使被激励者为了实现组织目标而努力的一种思想工作方法。在高职教育管理工作中应用激励理论,就一定要从学生的需求出发,同时要发现教育管理者的需求,从学生和老师两方面入手。在高职教育管理工作中应用激励理论,能提高学生的学习效率,提高教育管理者的工作效率,最终实现高职教育的科学发展。
Incentives are one of the most important contents of management. They are an ideological and working method that encourages the motivated to work hard to achieve their goals. Applying the theory of motivation in the management of higher vocational education, we must start from the needs of the students, at the same time, we must find out the needs of the educational managers, starting from the students and the teachers. The application of incentive theory in the management of higher vocational education can improve students’ learning efficiency, improve the efficiency of education managers, and ultimately realize the scientific development of higher vocational education.
