为提高动态风洞试验的质量和效率,研制了某新型単自由度动态试验装置控制系统。该系统由运动控制器、伺服驱动器、上位计算机等组成,主要用于控制平行四边形机构作正弦振荡运动。基于Galil运动控制器,完成了控制系统硬件选型和软件设计。系统研制成功后已应用于多项型号试验,结果表明:系统达到了控制精度要求,在试验效率方面有较大提高。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of dynamic wind tunnel test, a new type of single degree of freedom dynamic test device control system was developed. The system consists of motion controller, servo drive, host computer and other components, mainly used for controlling the parallelogram mechanism for sinusoidal oscillation movement. Based on Galil motion controller, the control system hardware selection and software design are completed. After the successful development of the system, it has been applied to many types of tests. The results show that the system meets the control precision requirements and greatly improves the test efficiency.
