目的探讨通过自助阅读教育材料方法开展的预防儿童性侵犯教育对幼儿家长知识、态度和亲子间交流的影响,以便在家长中进一步开展预防性侵犯教育研究提供参考。方法抽取北京市2所幼儿园自愿参与研究的幼儿家长,总计有35名幼儿家长参与了材料阅读并返回了教育前后的调查问卷。通过比较教育前后预防性侵犯知识、态度及与子女交流得分变化来评价自助阅读教育材料对幼儿家长的影响。结果教育后,幼儿家长预防儿童性侵犯知识回答的正确率有所提高,与子女交流状况有所改善,其他各项差异均无统计学意义,但态度没有明显变化(P值均>0.05);知识平均得分由教育前的7.31分上升到7.89分(t=2.668,P<0.05);与子女交流得分由教育前的6.09分上升到8.17分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.292,P<0.01)。结论家长自助式阅读教育材料可提高幼儿家长预防儿童性侵犯教育知识,并促进亲子间的交流。
Objective To explore the impact of prevention of child sexual abuse education on parents’ knowledge, attitude and parent-child communication through reading self-help educational materials so as to provide reference for further research on prevention of sexual assault among parents. Methods A total of 35 young parents participated in the material reading and returned the questionnaires before and after education in two kindergartens in Beijing who voluntarily participated in the study. The impact of self-help educational materials on parents of young children was evaluated by comparing the knowledge, attitudes and scores of preventive communication with children before and after education. Results After education, the correct rate of parents’ response to child sexual abuse prevention knowledge was improved and their communication status with their children improved. Other differences were not statistically significant, but the attitudes did not change significantly (P> 0.05). The average score of knowledge increased from 7.31 before education to 7.89 (t = 2.668, P <0.05). The score of communication with children increased from 6.09 before education to 8.17 with a statistically significant difference (t = 6.292, P < 0.01). Conclusion Parental self-read educational materials can increase parents’ knowledge about preventing sexual abuse of children and promote parent-child communication.
