化工工程项目具有工程项目的一般特性,又具有工程化工项目的特殊属性,其特殊性决定了石油化工的建设既要满足项目的顺利实行,又要根据实际情况建立适合该项目的管理模式以及管理方案。国内的大型化工项目作为我国整体经济的重要核心组成部分,为了满足不断增长的市场需求需要改善当下管理存在的重大问题,以提升石油化工企业的核心竞争力。
