地面沉降,对于普通老百姓来说,可能还是一个比较陌生的名词。事实上,地面沉降是一种非常严重的地质灾害。目前,我国有将近95个城市受到地面沉降的威胁,全世界有200多个城市和地区不同程度发生地面沉降。地面沉降的危害巨大,而且一旦发生就会给人们的生产生活带来严重后果,比如市政基础设施、道路桥梁、港区码头、地下管线的损坏,深井事故和地裂缝等等。而在我国,素有“鱼米之乡”的长江三角洲地区,一直被地面沉降问题所困扰。
Land subsidence, for ordinary people, may still be a rather strange term. In fact, land subsidence is a very serious geological disaster. At present, nearly 95 cities in our country are threatened by land subsidence. Land subsidence occurs in more than 200 cities and regions in the world to varying degrees. The damage caused by land subsidence is huge, and once it happens, it will have serious consequences for people’s life and production, such as municipal infrastructure, roads and bridges, port wharves, damage to underground pipelines, deep accidents and ground fissures. In our country, the Yangtze River Delta, which is known as the “land of fish and rice”, has been haunted by the problem of land subsidence.
