我1975年底腰椎间盘3~5节增生,压迫血管和神经系统,卧床不起近半年,康复后经常断断续续复发,后开始学练太极拳。由于没有老师指点,自己边看书边学拳,后因工作变动停练。1990年跟一位老师打拳,坚持到今。几年下来,身体逐渐硬朗起来。体会有三点:一是腰酸背痛基本上绝迹,十多年再没有闪腰、挫气的现象了;二是过去冬天很怕冷,喜睡懒觉,现在寒风刺骨也能坚持锻炼如常;三是十多年来我的血糖偏高,通过练拳血糖一直控制在原来指标上,没有上升。
